MV Agusta has just unveiled the new F4 R Short Race, sport bike bikers who want to offer not only very extreme performance thanks to a total overhaul of the design and use of materials and technologies but also looks in line with the tradition of the house Schiranna and Italian design in general.

The name derives directly from the motorcycle’s engine, the Corsa Short (four-cylinder, 998 cc, bore and stroke of 79 × 50.9 mm), which also equips the MV Agusta F4 RR and which in this case provides up to 195.2 hp (compared to the F4 RR 201) obtained by reducing the speed of the piston (from 24.9 m / s to 23 m / s) due to the particular bore / stroke ratio. This engine, electronically powered by four 49 mm throttle bodies and two injectors per cylinder, also features a new camshaft with low inertia and increased titanium radial valves.

The braking system, then, is completely branded Brembo front and consists of a double steel floating disc 320 mm with monoblock radial calipers while the rear are a 220 mm disc and a calliper with four pistons.

Available in two versions, two-tone red / gray and white / gray, the new MV Agusta’s masterpiece is now available at dealers at a price of 18800 euros (VAT included).
