Govecs presented its new 2011 in the field of two-wheeled electric-powered field in which one of the brands most popular and appreciated by an audience that is increasing exponentially every year, like the rest of general interest to environmental issues . In particular Govecs has prepared two new next-generation electric scooters which are named respectively GO GO S1.2 and S2.4 and that differ in battery life, equal to 60 km for the first model and 100 km for the second.
GO Govecs S1.2 is a medium sized scooter with power of 300 W, charging system when braking (conceptually similar to the KERS used in Formula 1), 13 “wheels, batteries and Silicon envelope very similar to that of a traditional scooter, the model has a total weight of 135 kg and is priced at 3528 € (VAT included).
GO Govecs S 2.4 differs for greater autonomy due to the use of a lithium polymer battery pack, the weight (equal to only 115 kg) and for the price somewhat higher (€ 5746, also including VAT).
In addition to being equipped with an electric motor, the two new proposals are very similar lines to those of a gasoline model that is expected to meet a certain favor from the public, who may now be discouraged to buy only the prices or even to any problems charging the batteries, but certainly not the product itself, which seems decidedly the highest expectations both technically and aesthetically.
